No. The organizer does not provide carts or transport equipment.
Exhibitors must prepare their own carts or tools for loading and unloading exhibits.
The organizer does not provide parking passes for exhibitors.
During construction and dismantling periods, trucks (2.5 tons or larger) receive 3 hours of free parking. Passenger vehicles must pay parking fees separately.
Parking fees for passenger vehicles are:
KRW 3,000 for the first 30 minutes
KRW 1,500 per additional 15 minutes
KRW 6,000 per hour
Daily maximum: KRW 60,000
Trucks over 2.5 tons are charged double the passenger vehicle rate. Large buses (25 seats or more) cannot use the COEX parking lot and must use Tancheon Parking Lot.
Parking passes can be purchased directly from Global PM Co., Ltd. on the 1st floor of COEX (between Halls A and B, near the East Gate).
Exhibitors with badges may purchase same-day parking passes at a 50% discount (KRW 48,000 → KRW 24,000).
