How can we apply for group visits?

If you wish to visit as a group of 20 or more people,
please download the Group Visit Application Form and send it to the organizer’s office via email.

How can I pre-register?

You can apply for online pre-registration through the menu at the top of the official website.

Visitors who complete pre-registration will be admitted free of charge.

Upon arrival, entry will be granted after verification of registration.

How much is the admission fee?

General admission: KRW 10,000
Students and on-site group visitors: KRW 5,000

The following visitors are admitted free of charge:

Online pre-registered visitors
Holders of complimentary invitation tickets
Senior citizen discount card holders
Disability welfare card holders
Preschool children
Adults aged 65 and over

Where can I check parking fees and purchase parking tickets?

Parking fees are not separately supported.

For passenger vehicles, the parking fee is:

KRW 1,500 per 15 minutes
(KRW 3,000 for the first 30 minutes)
KRW 6,000 per hour

If you register your vehicle by scanning the parking QR code installed inside the exhibition hall,
you can receive a discounted parking rate for a same-day parking ticket
(KRW 60,000 → KRW 30,000).

Can I rent a stroller or a wheelchair?

Stroller and wheelchair rental services are available at the COEX 1st Floor Information Desk.
Please visit the desk for assistance.

How can I report lost and found items?

If you find any lost items inside the exhibition hall or lose your personal belongings,
please notify the event organizer’s office and hand over the item to them.
