A standard booth is constructed by the organizer and includes three wall panels, LED spotlights, a booth sign (company name and booth number), an information desk and chair set, and carpet flooring.

A space-only booth provides only the exhibition space (3m × 3m, 9㎡). Exhibitors must select a booth construction company (COEX-designated contractors) and submit construction drawings and related documents to the organizer by the designated deadline.

Yes. Exhibitors must select one company from the list of COEX-designated contractors.

These contractors are familiar with COEX exhibition regulations and safety requirements. Compliance with this rule is mandatory as it is part of COEX’s venue regulations.

If an exhibitor must construct the booth independently, detailed booth drawings (including dimensions and materials), a list of workers, and a self-construction agreement must be submitted and approved in advance by both the organizer and COEX. Any issues arising from self-construction are the sole responsibility of the exhibitor.

For space-only booths, exhibitors should determine the required electricity capacity in consultation with their construction company.

For standard booths, 1 kW of electricity (including two power outlets) is provided per booth by default.

If additional equipment is used, exhibitors should apply for extra power based on the actual power consumption. Laptops, water dispensers, and TVs can generally operate within the basic 1 kW supply.

Exhibitors should prepare display items, showcases, booth interior decorations, product catalogs, and business cards.

If additional furniture such as consultation tables or display racks is needed, exhibitors may use rental furniture services.

For standard booths, please note that any damage caused by nails, glue, or tape attached to the panels will require restoration at the exhibitor’s expense.

Booth locations are assigned by the organizer based on participation scale, event considerations, and payment order.

While exhibitor requests will be considered as much as possible, final booth placement is determined based on overall layout balance, visitor flow, and exhibition effectiveness. Booth location or size may be changed if unavoidable circumstances arise prior to construction, and exhibitors may not raise objections or claims for compensation.

The participation fee must be fully paid within 7 days after submitting the application form.

Fees for additional facilities must be paid by the deadlines designated by the organizer.

If payment scheduling or consultation is needed, please contact the organizer directly for assistance.

Electricity is generally supplied after 4:00 PM on the final day of booth construction.

This is because all internal electrical work and exhibit setup for space-only booths must be completed first. For safety reasons, electricity cannot be supplied until all electrical work across the venue is finished. Cooperation from all exhibitors is requested.

Select “Coex Free Wi-Fi Zone” in the Wi-Fi settings on your smartphone or laptop.

Free Wi-Fi is provided for basic use such as email and web browsing and is not secured. If secure, paid internet service is required, please apply through the additional facilities application form.

The organizer only cleans public areas such as aisles and restrooms for security reasons. Cleaning staff are not allowed to enter booths to prevent misunderstandings regarding lost items.

All trash generated inside booths must be disposed of directly in the large trash bins located throughout the venue. Booth cleaning is the responsibility of each exhibitor.
